Sierra Pacific Orthopedics is the most experienced team of orthopedic specialty providers in the San Joaquin Valley. Often referred to as “SPOC,” we opened our first facility in 2002, and we have grown ever since to provide exceptional expertise dedicated to making patient’s lives better. Our renowned doctors are experts in the treatment of disease and conditions for bones, joints, muscles, and nerves. Our specialists have a unique focus in the upper extremity, lower extremity, and back, neck, and spine care. This means we have doctors with advanced expertise in elbow and shoulder, hand and wrist, hip and knee, as well as foot and ankle care. Broader areas of specialized care include sports medicine, fracture care, joint replacement and revision, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, and family practice.
