POSITION: Medical Group Outreach Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Group Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with medical groups, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. They will work to promote services, coordinate outreach events, and serve as a liaison between the organization and external healthcare partners and the community.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, insurance and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Build and maintain relationships with medical groups and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote services and programs.
- Coordinate outreach events such as workshops, conferences, webinars and community events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the success of outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on outreach activities and results.
- Travel to various facilities withing a 60-mile radius.
